No — many of our clients provide a key or door code. As long as we can access the property, you don't need to be there. We are fully insured for your peace of mind.

Yes. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a small fee.

Prices vary by home size and service type. As a general guide: a standard cleaning for a 1-bedroom starts around $90–$120; a 2–3 bedroom home is $130–$180. Deep cleans and move-in/out services cost more. Call us for a free custom quote.

We price by the job, not by the hour. That means you always know your total cost upfront — no surprises when the clock runs long.

We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, and major credit/debit cards. Payment is due at the time of service.

Yes! Weekly clients save 20%, bi-weekly clients save 15%, and monthly clients save 10% off the standard rate. No contracts required.

Our standard cleaning covers all rooms: kitchen surfaces and exterior appliances, bathrooms (sinks, toilets, showers), dusting all surfaces, vacuuming and mopping floors, mirrors, and trash removal. See our Services page for a full checklist.

Standard cleaning is regular maintenance of visible surfaces. Deep cleaning goes further — inside the oven and refrigerator, baseboards, grout scrubbing, inside cabinets, and interior windows. We recommend a deep clean for first-time clients or after a long gap between cleanings.

Yes — we bring all cleaning supplies and professional equipment. If you have a preferred product (for example, a pet-safe or fragrance-free cleaner), just let us know and we'll use it.

Inside appliances are included in deep cleaning and move-in/out packages. For standard cleanings, we clean the exterior surfaces of appliances. You can add interior oven or fridge cleaning to any standard visit for a small additional fee.

Yes. All team members go through a thorough vetting process including background checks before joining our team.

Yes, Lezama Cleaning is fully insured. In the unlikely event of accidental damage during a cleaning, we are covered.
